The tournament I guess. Getting other regions to start up a matchplay league is a great initiative. Getting them to come here for one big matchplay tournament is a big hurdle.

Wuuut. Those regions that love big payouts also loooove to travel. Especially to our neck of the woods.

Yeah, trying to organize DGers to do anything is like hearding cats. Im also trying to get Quebec to come to, they are a little closer,
The event will have pool play and then an knock out round, so travelers wont be done after 9 holes of bad luck |

Indeed they do....to our PDGA event and local OD tour stops but any other remains to be seen.

Mid July the way things are going now..
March 20th at the latest we should be rolling.
Sched is a random draw, randomly you'll play 3 at home from your div, 3 away from your div and randomly you wont play one person in your div. |

Registration for OMPL will close this Sunday. If your (or someone you know) name is not on the list and you(or they) did sign up, I made a boo boo and remind me your name (or theirs) should be up.

OK here's the deal.
If you 2 join, it pushes Adam C. and Ben H to a div 4, and they will be the only ones in div 4, so they will be playing each other all year. I'm going to have to ask that at minimum we find another 1, but it would be best if we can find 2 more folks to play.
We had 3 in a div last year and that was ok, but 2 in a div is pushing it. Im all for you guys joining, but we will need a few more. |

| The final day to withdraw from OMPL registration is March 20th. After that all people registered will be considered players and will be expected to pay the registration fee's. |
