Nope.
From last years rules;
| Quote: | | Any course designated as a disc golf course having established pads and targets consisting of baskets or tonal poles. Object targets are not acceptable no matter how well marked. |

And the creative definitions for the word established with regards to the OMPL rules.
Serge:
You can play any regulation disc golf course in Ottawa including for this year the LNF temp course at that park we play at as long as you have a basket. The LNF course is a one year trial and if it goes smooth it will become the norm.
In the Ottawa area you have:
The Shire
Kanata
Ettyville,
Camp Fortune
and LNF Course with a basket.
And of course all of these:

also courses completely set up once they are completely set up are ok for play. For example boucherville island, you cant walk around with one basket playing the course, but at an event, once its all set up and in the ground its ok. |

Are you going to regulate the type of baskets used?
Will the mesh innova travellers be allowed? ie. temp baskets
Or will you only allow full metal tournament baskets?

| No Tee in Gardenway that I know of. Been there a couple times and never found any. Anyone have any idea why there are no designated tee spots? Were there ever any? |

Oh Yeah, forgot about this one,
Yes they can be used only if both players agree to use the portable.
And Gardenway is a no, there are no distinct t-pads. They can be created however and made to be permanent. |
