|
|
The Saturdays of December 23rd and the 30th will see us play JCP Basket[to-Basket. On the 23rd we'll play it in the regular direction (1,2,3...) then on the 30th we'll play it the other direction (18, 17, 16...).
Showing up will get you at least +10 points added to your overall total. For every team you tie or beat you'll get +1 point added on. So if you show up and come dead last, you'll still get +10 points. If you win and you beat 2 teams, you'll get +12 points. So not a lot of pressure, but a lot of fun.
Best disc doubles - Basket to basket - all pavement is OB. Over is not. Out of the park is OB.
Meet at hole #5 for a noon start. Ice Putt at 11:30.

We'll try the "Buy-your-team" again. The price will come down to $5 a team and your team must be made up of an Advanced player and a Intermediate player. You can't make a team that's allready won together. |

I'll take the silence as a "no". Regular BDD - well as regular as you can get with Mullies, SYNs, and Godfathers. |

I got phone calls about RIPT after posting that last one. Phone calls. And they were eager to play this as well as a RIPT Revenge?!? So if certain people show up then we'll play RIPT, if not, then we won't. We'll have fun no matter what. If it's as beautiful as it is today... |

Forgot it was me who was in charge. Damn responsibility.
We played Singles Basket-to-Basket in reverse order. We gave the "Intermediate" faction, that showed up, 3 free Mullies to make it "seem" more fair.
I gotta play this layout more often in the summer. Makes for some really interesting shots. #1 to 18 is a fantastic par 5 hole.
