Ottawa's Ice League
continues this weekend Sat. Nov. 8th, 2014
at Mountain!
We will be playing 2 rounds of a modified 12 hole loop of Dan Phillips private course.
THINGS TO KNOW:
11:30 reg. 12:00pm start
DIRECTIONS TO MOUNTAIN:
HWY 416: Take the 416 south to the Kemptville (HWY 43) exit.
Turn left on HWY 43 heading eastbound and continue for ~12km
at which point you will take a right onto HWY 1.
Continue on HWY 1 across the railroad tracks then take a right onto
Simms Rd. then an immediate left onto Ronson Rd.
Travel to the end of Ronson Rd. then turn in to the last driveway on your left.
From Albion Rd: Take Albion Rd. south to Stagecoach Rd.
At the end of Stagecoach take a left onto HWY 43 at which point
you will take a right onto HWY 1.
Continue on HWY 1 across the railroad tracks then take a right onto
Simms Rd. then an immediate left onto Ronson Rd.
Travel to the end of Ronson Rd. then turn in to the last driveway on your left.
The street address is: 10254 Ronson Rd.

Ok we are going to do a 12 hole course. It has the same bones as my 18 hole course with 6 holes from the old front 9 and 6 holes from the back 9. I have combined 4 holes to make 2 longer holes. Then eliminated 2 holes on both the front and back.
I will be changing some tee pads and tweaking a few holes with my chainsaw on Friday afternoon. I believe it will be a fun and challenging course.
Please inform me if your in for pizza in the morning so I can organize delivery for the end of the round.

Mountain isn't a long course. Round should be done by 3:00....but it is a 45 minute drive as well

Most likely order from Sam's Pizza in Kemptville. Mountain station and kings don't deliver. I am generally not able to drive at the end of a Mountain Ice league. |

I would agree that 3 30 would be the latest we will be finished. |
